I forgot how much I love chalk paint!

This blue lamp looked more and more country each day.  I finally figured out how to achieve the look I wanted.

Instead of just grey I wanted a weathered wood-ish color.

I used Annie Sloan Coco and a light layer of her dark wax.

Voila!  I love it!!
